I have a limited supply of cultured cheese from raw goat milk that I'm making several times a week. The culture I'm using makes a very good tasting soft cheese. This time of year, with the temperature changes we get, the cheese varies in texture a little from batch to batch; sometimes softer, sometimes crumblier. It's always good, though.
The cheese is priced at $5.00 per 1/4 pound or $15.00 per pound. Call for availability, as we love cheese too!
