items are brand new, bought them for my 5th wheel and found out my stabilizers are too low to use them. Retails for 340 dollars. Magnetic top to attach to stabilizer before you extend. Comes with dirt step as well to place by stairs to keep from tracking dirt in to trailer or RV.
